Delivery Models

1. Offshore Model

The work is done in IBA offshore locations and supervised remotely by the customer. The work is done in our development centers in Belarus or Czech Republic. With reliable communications and welldeveloped infrastructure, we achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

2. On-Site/Offshore Model

The IBA liaison person is on-site, while the IBA team works offshore. The on-site staff deals with project management and client relationship management. As most of the work is done offshore, the customer achieves significant cost savings.

3. On-Site Model

The IBA team works on-site in close cooperation with the customer. Cost savings are not significant compared with the first two models. We use this model when a project requires constant face-to-face customer communication.

4. Customer Project Manager Offshore Model

The IBA team and the Customer Project Manager work offshore. The IBA team and the Customer Project Manager work offshore. The model is used for large projects. A customer representative working offshore has direct control over project implementation.
